Our Story
Uusimahdollisuus Oy was founded in Helsinki in 2009, in the middle of a recession, by three builders who believed that every downturn creates room for something new. The name says it all: uusi mahdollisuus — a new possibility.
Today we employ 85 construction professionals and operate across Finland, from Helsinki housing cooperatives to municipal infrastructure in Tampere and Oulu. We remain privately owned, financially solid and stubbornly committed to doing things properly.

No deadline justifies a shortcut. Our lost-time injury rate is less than half the industry average, and we intend to keep it that way.

Clients receive weekly progress reports and one named point of contact from the first survey to the final inspection.

We build for Finnish winters and for the next hundred years — using durable materials and details that survive them.
People & Expertise
Our crews combine certified site managers, experienced machine operators and skilled carpenters and masons. Continuous training in low-carbon building methods and digital site management keeps us at the front of Finnish construction.
