2. Planning & Transparent Pricing
A fixed-scope contract with itemised pricing, a realistic schedule and agreed milestones. Permits, material sourcing and logistics are handled by us.
3. Construction with Weekly Reporting
Our own crews and certified site managers run the build. You receive a weekly photo report and budget update, and your named contact answers the phone — always.
4. Handover & Aftercare
Joint inspection, full documentation and a two-year workmanship warranty. We return at six and twelve months to check that everything performs as promised.
